		<description>I think you have a winner!  I read or scan a hundred blogs and belong to several social networking sites so I read a lot about tech support, ed tech and so on.  I&#039;ve decided, after years of doing national and state tech presentations, workshops and inservices, that you put your resources (hardware and humanware) where the interest is.  Supporting two users is much more important than banging your head against the other 40 who are not interested. That is rambling---done.
